Heinen’s has had a working relationship with Great Lakes for over ten years. Great Lakes provides support/maintenance for our non-leased printer fleet, along with time clocks, in Cleveland and Chicago. Working with Great Lakes is a pleasure. They are very responsive and get the job done right the first time. Service requests are responded to quickly and usually resolved within 24 hours. We submit 95% of our service requests via email. It is rare that we have to contact their Help Desk directly, but on the few occasions when we do, they are very professional and are able to answer our question/resolve our issue or dispatch a tech quickly. Great Lakes has been a great resource for special projects. We have reached out to them for project assistance; each request was handled quickly by their Help Desk and a professional technician was assigned who was skilled and able to complete the requested work. A storm knocked out power to my office Thursday night going in to Friday morning.  The power outage corrupted much of the data on our server and some of the employee’s mobile devices.  Great Lakes spent a significant amount of hours, both during working hours and throughout the weekend, in an effort to repair our IT issues and make sure we were up and running again by Monday morning.  The server suffered so much damage from the storms that it had to be erased and rebuilt with our backup drives.  Jim and Dave at Great lakes spent in excess of 20 hours over the course of the last weekend making corrections to our equipment.  They are accessible at all hours and I cannot be happier with the maintenance and emergency work they have performed on our behalf.
