Mail In Service

If you choose to mail in your equipment for repair, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair facility. We strongly suggest adding shipping insurance to your package. We do not require any cables, just be sure you have a sufficient amount of ink for testing. Please remove any ink cartridges and ship together with your printer in a Ziploc or similar bag.

We do not recommend shipping Eco-Tank printers since the ink cannot be removed and cannot accept any wide format printers via mail or drop off service, you will need to make an appointment to have our engineer service your equipment at your location.

Fees

Our diagnostic fees are listed below and are non-refundable and paid in advance upon arrival.
$49.95/ea. Small single function, all-in-one printers and small scanners
$99.95/ea. Professional imaging printers, projectors and large scanners
Once the technician completes diagnostics and determines if any parts or additional labor are required, you will receive a second quote advising what those additional charges would be.
The current hourly rate beyond your diagnostic period is $110/hr. If your equipment can be repaired during diagnostics or is unable to be repaired, all you will be charged is the diagnostic fee plus any applicable taxes.
If you are tax exempt you will need to provide us with your exemption form. We do not accept Cash and payment is preferred via credit card, however, we can accept business purchase orders.

Drop Off Service

An appointment is not necessary to drop off/pick up your equipment, however, we encourage you to give us a time frame of when you plan to come to make sure someone is available to assist you.

Walk-In Drop Off / Pick Up Hours are Tuesday – Thursday from
8:30-4:30 p.m.
We can accommodate drop offs and pick-ups on Monday and Friday as well, however, you must have an appointment to do so. Please call
