Epson

Looking for Epson Repairs or Replacements?

You’ve come to the right place. Great Lakes Computer is the ONLY Epson Repair Partner repair facility in Ohio and is authorized by Epson to provide OEM Warranty repairs.

Mail In Service

If you choose to mail in your equipment for repair, you are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair facility. We strongly suggest adding shipping insurance to your package. We do not require any cables, just be sure you have a sufficient amount of ink for testing. Please remove any ink cartridges and ship together with your printer in a Ziploc or similar bag.

We do not recommend shipping Eco-Tank printers since the ink cannot be removed and cannot accept any wide format printers via mail or drop off service, you will need to make an appointment to have our engineer service your equipment at your location.
